At CGC Creations, all sales are final. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as refunds or exchanges are not offered on any products or services.

Exceptions may apply only if:

• An error occurs during the creation process, or

• You receive the wrong product.

If either of these situations applies, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

For apparel, please refer to our sizing charts before placing your order to ensure a proper fit, as we are unable to offer size-based exchanges.
